I love traveling, anywhere! To be immersed in a new place forces me to be a newbie – a beginner – again. And I love the adventure of discovery. I feel especially comfortable when my toes are treading warm sand or when I’m inhaling crisp air in the mountains. I enjoy campouts and hiking trips with my sons. I speak fluent Disney Classics quotes when I’m with my family. I also love to cook (and eat!). I’ve discovered that I really like creating things, so I put my creative energy into making handcrafted soaps and bath products, artisan chocolate, and home décor projects.

Comments on DRA

I strongly believe that young people are our future and I’m honored to be part of the team at DRA. In therapy, I use a strengths-based approach to facilitate growth and healing in relationships, and support change for my clients. I have worked with young people and families on post-traumatic growth, addiction recovery, substance abuse, self-harm, risky relationships, mdefiance, depression, social anxiety, medical illness, and major life transitions.
