When my husband and I decided we wanted to return to work at a youth facility. I researched different youth residential centers for over a year in the Intermountain West. We listed certain criteria that were important to us so we would have job satisfaction. The most important qualifier we were looking for was the youth were treated with respect. The next was a tested and proven program where the students had a high success rate. There were many other criteria listed but those were the most important to us. After evaluating several different facilities Diamond Ranch Academy was the first on our list. We have not regretted our decision to pick up and move our family to Southern Utah. We have truly enjoyed working with the high quality and dedicated employees and especially the great youth. Diamond Ranch Academy is a premiere youth residential facility.
