Halloween Halloween has evolved into a huge event at Diamond Ranch Academy. School is only half-day. Staff members dress up. Students make homemade costumes and have costume contests. A big celebration lunch is prepared. A local company sets up huge inflatable slides, and obstacle courses. A rock wall and a gladiator style jousting ring is also provided. Staff members run different booths with relay races, haunted house building, and other contests where all students earn a prize (usually candy). It is much talked about among the students as a great day to look forward to. The way the light shines in the students faces, you would think it was Christmas morning!!
